(“Academy”, “we”, “us”)

1. General Information
1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all students enrolled in courses at English Academy Lutynia.
1.2 By registering for a course, the student (or parent/legal guardian) agrees to be bound by these Terms.
1.3 The Academy provides English language education, including exam preparation for Cambridge English exams, school exams, and general English improvement.
2. Enrolment
2.1 Enrolment is completed upon submission of a registration form and confirmation by the Academy.
2.2 The Academy reserves the right to place students in appropriate groups based on age and/or language level assessment.
2.3 A trial lesson may be offered at the Academy’s discretion and does not guarantee placement.
3. Course Structure
3.1 Courses are delivered in group and/or individual format, in-person or online.
3.2 Lesson duration, frequency, and curriculum are defined by the selected course.
3.3 The Academy reserves the right to modify timetables or group structure when necessary to ensure quality of teaching.
4. Fees & Payments
4.1 Course fees are payable at the end of each calendar month unless otherwise agreed.
4.2 Fees must be paid by the specified deadline on the invoice.
4.3 Late payments may result in temporary suspension from classes until payment is received.
4.4 The Academy reserves the right to refuse continued service in case of repeated non-payment.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
5.1 All payments are generally non-refundable.
5.2 No refunds are issued for missed lessons.
5.3 If a student withdraws, fees are charged only for lessons delivered up to the withdrawal date.
5.4 The Academy may cancel a course due to insufficient enrolment, in which case alternative options or refunds for unused lessons may be offered.
6. Attendance & Missed Lessons
6.1 Regular attendance is expected from all students.
6.2 Missed lessons are not refunded or automatically rescheduled.
6.3 Make-up lessons may be offered but are not guaranteed and depend on availability.
7. Student Behaviour
7.1 Students are expected to behave respectfully toward teachers, staff, and other students.
7.2 Disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund.
7.3 The Academy promotes a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
8. Teaching Staff & Changes
8.1 The Academy employs qualified teachers, including native speakers where applicable.
8.2 The Academy reserves the right to replace teachers or modify teaching arrangements if necessary.
8.3 Substitution or rescheduling may occur in case of teacher absence.
9. Online Learning (if applicable)
9.1 Students are responsible for having suitable equipment and internet access for online classes.
9.2 The Academy is not responsible for technical issues on the student’s side.
9.3 Online lesson recordings (if provided) remain the property of the Academy.
10. Learning Materials & Copyright
10.1 All teaching materials, including Cambridge resources and Academy content, are protected by copyright.
10.2 Materials may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.
10.3 Students may use materials solely for personal learning purposes.
11. Data Protection (GDPR)
11.1 The Academy processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR).
11.2 Data is used for enrolment, communication, teaching, and administrative purposes.
11.3 Personal data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties without legal basis or consent.
11.4 Students have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their data.
12. Liability
12.1 The Academy is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings on premises.
12.2 The Academy is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or misuse of facilities.
13. Course Changes & Termination
13.1 The Academy reserves the right to modify schedules, group sizes, or course content.
13.2 The Academy may terminate a student’s enrolment due to:

Non-payment of fees

Repeated misconduct

Violation of these Terms
13.3 In such cases, no refund is guaranteed.
14. Exam Preparation Disclaimer
14.1 While the Academy provides high-quality exam preparation, it does not guarantee specific exam results.
14.2 Student performance depends on attendance, effort, and individual ability.
15. Sibling Discounts / Promotions (if applicable)
15.1 Any discounts or promotions are subject to specific terms and may be withdrawn at any time.
15.2 Discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
16. Governing Law
16.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
16.2 Any disputes shall be resolved under applicable Polish jurisdiction.
17. Acceptance of Terms
17.1 By enrolling in the Academy, the student (or parent/legal guardian) confirms full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
